By downloading, installing, or accessing Sudigalli News (our mobile application, web dashboard, and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To use certain features of the platform, including applying to write news as a reporter, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

3. Reporter Guidelines and Content Submission

For users participating in the Citizen Reporter Network, you represent and warrant that:

• All submitted news shorts are factual, verified, and true.
• You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and authorize the use of any media (photos, videos) submitted.
• Your content does not violate any local laws, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contain defamatory or hateful remarks.
• Sudigalli News reserves the right to edit, decline, or delete any content that violates our standards or code of ethics.

4. Reporter Earnings and Withdrawals

Earning rates are variable and dependent on genuine unique user views and engagement metrics. Attempting to artificially inflate view counts, using automated bots, or farming engagement is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all accumulated earnings. Withdrawals are subject to verification and minimum threshold limits.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the platform and its source code, designs, databases, features, graphics, and trademarks are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sudigalli News, its administrators, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or any content published on the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the local laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
